Roasted cabbage with tomato sauce
Sweet young cabbage cooked with tangy tomato sauce with the addition of vodka. This recipe is very similar to the cauliflower recipe I posted a few weeks ago, but it was inspired but “Pasta alla vodka.”
The recipe is plant-based, but if you eat dairy, you can sneak some butter into this dish for another depth of flavor. Before you place the cabbage in the oven, place about 1 tablespoon of butter per wedge in between the cabbage leaves. Cut each piece of butter into smaller chunks and stick in between the leaves.
