Sweet Buns with Plum Chocolate Filling
You can use fresh berries, apple filling, or even chocolate chunks to stuff this buns.
This sweet yeast dough, with addition of candied citrus peel and raisins, makes also a wonderful loaf.
I'm planning to make savory version too, maybe with faux meat, sour kraut, or polish style onion flat breads. I have a lot of ideas already .
(but of course I do,haha!)
