Warm carrots with burrata cheese

Burrata cheese and butter are probably two reasons my diet is not entirely plant-based yet.

Slightly chewy exterior and soft and creamy center of burrata or browned nutty bit of butter… Oh boy! Burrata cheese pairs perfectly with all kinds of vegetables, from tiny green peas to giant pumpkins. This dish is perfect as a starter or a main course. The combination of textures and flavors is just lovely here.

The creamy flesh of burrata, soft and sweet warm carrots, tangy and crunchy sauce finished with slight tingling of chili flakes.  H E A V E N!
